<p>Fa un po&#8217; ridere che questa legge abbia come acronimo &#8220;CALM&#8221;&#8230; gli americani sono pazzi per gli acronimi, pazzi. Ma torniamo in tema: negli Stati Uniti è passata una legge che vieta alle televisioni di alzare il volume delle trasmissioni durante gli spot pubblicitari, tecnica tanto vecchia quanto fastidiosa, utilizzata anche in Italia naturalmente.</p>
<p>Non so. Certo, ha senso. Ma volete mettere essere svegliati nella notte, sul divano, da uno spot pubblicitario? secondo me gli mancherà. </p>

<p>Dal 2008 <a href="http://www.movingbrands.com" >Moving Brands</a> è stata ingaggiata da HP per seguire la sua immagine coordinata e traghettarla verso un enorme rinnovamento, quello che è considerato come il più grande sforzo di rebranding di una azienda tecnologica da sempre.</p>

<p>HP, non devo certo spiegarvelo io, è un&#8217;azienda enorme. Veramente enorme. E&#8217; il primo produttore al mondo di computer. Ha ramificazioni in tutti i settori dell&#8217;IT e oltre e negli anni ha acquisito di tutto diventando oggi una corporation tecnologica semplicemente gigantesca.</p>
<p>Il rebranding di un colosso del genere, soprattutto così coraggioso come quello proposto da Moving Brands, è tutto meno che facile.</p>
<p>Con un&#8217;operazione quanto meno particolare Moving Brands ha deciso in questi giorni di pubblicare tutto lo studio e la presentazione di questo nuovo brand sul suo sito.</p>
<p>La chiamo operazione particolare perché ad oggi HP non ha ancora confermato che effettivamente adotterà questo nuovo brand, <em>in pratica Moving Brands ha spoilerato e alla grande.</em></p>
<p>Potrebbe essere l&#8217;ultima &#8220;spinta&#8221; per convincere definitivamente le sfere alte di HP (che ha da poco oltretutto una nuovissima CEO) a fare questo grande salto&#8230; o potrebbe anche rivelarsi un epic fail colossale dopo tutto il lavoro fatto.</p>

<p>Dal canto mio apprezzo veramente molto questo rebranding. La presentazione e il concept alla base sono eccellenti, vi invito a visitare <a href="http://www.movingbrands.com/?category_name=hp-work" >la pagina dedicata su Moving Brands</a>, ci sono una decina di video oltre che immagini e testi a corredo che spiegano il lavoro fatto.</p>
<p><div class="dida_right">Il nuovo logo va nella giusta direzione.</div>Il nuovo logo va nella giusta direzione: diventa un segno, un simbolo, un tratto riconoscibile e al tempo stesso &#8220;leggibile&#8221;, la sigla HP intesa ora come <em>&#8220;Human Progress&#8221;</em> e non più come le iniziali dei suoi fondatori è chiaramente leggibile se si vuole, ma è al tempo stesso un logo molto forte, semplice da utilizzare e declinabile in maniera efficace negli innumerevoli usi che una product company come HP ne farà.</p>
<p>Come la stessa Moving Brands racconta, HP ha ora un&#8217;immagine molto debole a dispetto delle dimensioni e dell&#8217;importanza che invece ha come azienda.</p>
<p>La visione che ne hanno i suoi clienti è di un&#8217;azienda che produce hardware dal buon rapporto prezzo prestazioni, ma niente di più.</p>
<blockquote><p>If you step back and think about when the transformation project began in 2008, so many of our people did not understand HP, and were falling into the same trap of our customers: thinking of ourselves as commodity, or just hardware, and not seeing HP as relevant.</p></blockquote>
<p>Parole queste sopra di Greg Johnson, il Global Creative Director of Brand Strategy and Experience Design di HP, non certo l&#8217;ultimo che passa per la strada. Come non dargli ragione?</p>
<p>Ecco allora che una nuova immagine deve e può aiutare HP ad uscire da questa proiezione di mediocrità che la ricopre.</p>

<p>Per promuovere l&#8217;affitto di film sul Playstation Store, la Sony Europe ha commissionato una serie di tre spot allo <em>Studio Output</em> in collaborazione con il <em>Marshmallow Laser Feast</em> che hanno realizzato tre piccoli capolavori collegando un PlayStation Move alla telecamera con cui hanno ripreso tre diverse scene in tempo reale, senza nessun taglio o post produzione, in cui viene fatto un projection mapping in tempo reale grazie a della Playstation Eye posizionate di conseguenza&#8230; molto figo!</p>
<p><blockquote>In the past, projection mapping worked only from a single, static view point, and thus was very limited. By attaching the PlayStation Move to the camera, we can track projections to screens in real time, enhancing the effect of spatial deformation and false perspective on the projections and allowing viewers to look round (virtual) corners, bend walls, create a hole in the wall, or remove the walls altogether to reveal vast expanses of virtual worlds.</blockquote></p>

<p>You pour a lot of time and effort into your blog and you deserve better than AdSense.</blockquote></p>
<p>Se uno pensa che <a href="http://wordpress.com/" >WordPress.com</a> è un network con milioni e milioni di blog&#8230; uno si chiede semplicemente che diavolo aspettavano in <a href="http://automattic.com/" >Automattic</a> (i creatori di WordPress e proprietari di WordPress.com) a mettere in piedi un sistema di advertising proprietario per la piattaforma, ora colonizzata, come il resto di internet, da AdSense di Google.</p>
<p>AdSense ha una resa per i blog medio/piccoli veramente ridicola. Per i blog personali o quasi hostati da WordPress.com, definibili mini/micro&#8230; la resa è praticamente nulla.</p>
<p>Il meccanismo del CTR introdotto e man a mano modificato da Google per il suo AdSense è una miniera di soldi per Google stessa che alla fine da le <em>briciole</em> ai milioni di siti su internet che mostrano la pubblicità che Google vende con AdWords e compagnia.</p>
<p>Da un punto di vista del business AdSense è semplicemente geniale e non è certo un caso che siano nati network simili di continuo negli ultimi anni.</p>
<p>Basterà a WordAds dare un CPC (Cost per Click, quanto pagano per ogni click che gli fai fare) anche solo un po&#8217; più alto di AdSense per avere successo, <em>soprattutto all&#8217;inizio</em> la tecnica di questi network è di premiare molto i publisher in modo da farsi un buon nome attraverso le inevitabili <em>&#8220;storie di successo&#8221;</em> che generano.</p>
<p>Il &#8220;trucco&#8221; è poi progressivamente abbassare il CPC con varie tecniche e formule super complicate&#8230; ci sono intere aziende specializzate nel cercare di sfruttare al meglio AdSense, tanto per intenderci.. </p>
<p>Chi ha un blog su WordPress.com può già dirsi interessato ad entrare nel programma WordAds <a href="http://en.wordpress.com/apply-for-wordads/" >andando a questa pagina</a>.</p>
<p>Il tutto è fatto in collaborazione con Federated Media, tanto per chiarirci la società che segue l&#8217;advertising di siti come Boing Boing o Apple Insider&#8230; boh, sinceramente mi aspettavo una collaborazione con qualcosa di ancora più grosso, qua stiamo parlando di milioni e milioni di pageview da vendere.</p>

<p><blockquote>It’s been a San Francisco icon for more than a decade. It’s graced our skyline through the dot.com boom and bust. And it’s one of the most recognizable pieces of advertising the city has seen in a long time. But the San Francisco Egotist has learned that in two weeks, the Yahoo! billboard will be no longer. Jon Charles, Vice President and General Sales Manager for Clear Channel Outdoor in San Francisco confirmed, “Yes, the Yahoo! board will be available starting in December 2011.”</blockquote></p>
<p>E&#8217; uno dei simboli della &#8220;New Economy&#8221;, installato da Yahoo nel 1999, al culmine del primo &#8220;Boom&#8221; ha accompagnato i cittadini di San Francisco e di tutta la Valley per oltre dieci anni. Ora pare stia per essere rimosso, non è un bel segnale per Yahoo, che anche se non naviga nell&#8217;oro ultimamente credo che si possa tranquillamente ancora permettere questo piccolo pezzo di storia.</p>
<p>Sono stato in California lo scorso febbraio proprio a San Francisco e mi sono detto: &#8220;non vado a fotografarlo, tanto ci ritorno a breve&#8221;&#8230; epic fail.</p>

<p>A parte il WTF iniziale tutto questo è un bel mailing fatto per promuovere un gioco per iPhone, <a href="http://toad-lickers.com/" >Thomas Dolby&#8217;s Toad Lickers</a> un divertente passatempo con qualche buona idea per differenziare il gameplay, niente di incredibile, ma molto bella l&#8217;idea di questo mailing quindi li premio volentieri con la pubblicazione, bravi.</p>

<p>Dietro agli &#8220;acidi&#8221; c&#8217;è un codice che non ho ancora capito come utilizzare, immaginavo servisse per scaricare una copia del gioco.. ma se provo ad usarlo per fare il redeem mi dice che l&#8217;offerta associata è &#8220;scaduta&#8221;&#8230; altro piccolo fail oppure son scemo io e non ho capito come usare il codice&#8230;</p>

<p>Le AKB48 sono un Idol Group di cantanti / performer teatrali molto famoso in Giappone. Composto da decine di <del>fighe</del> ragazze, è diviso in 4 gruppi principali, i Team A, K e B composti da 16 cantanti e il Team 4 composto da altre 10 cantanti per un totale di 58 ragazze che si esibiscono tutte all&#8217;omonimo teatro di Akihabara.</p>
<p>Oltre a queste poi ce ne sono altre decine che compaiono saltuariamente in prova, le kenkyūsei, spesso ugualmente famose, che partecipano a spettacoli televisivi, spot e tutto il resto come le appartenenti ufficiali del gruppo.</p>
<p>Esistono poi altri gruppi paralleli come le SKE48, le SDN48 o le NMB48 che sono praticamente la stessa cosa, ma fatta in altri teatri del Giappone.</p>
<p>Vi racconto sta cosa perché è successo questo:</p>
<p><blockquote>On June 11, 2011, It was announced at a handshake event that Aimi Eguchi, a girl who had supposedly auditioned for NMB48, would be joining AKB48 as a trainee. It was later revealed that Aimi Eguchi was not a real person, and had been created to promote the Glico product Ice no Mi.</blockquote></p>
<p>In pratica tale Eguchi Aimi, una ragazza che apparentemente aveva fatto un&#8217;audizione per le NMB48 ed era stata annunciata come nuova kenkyūsei delle AKB48 si è poi rivelata&#8230; <em>non esistere.</em></p>
<p>Il tutto fa parte di una campagna pubblicitaria della Glico in cui hanno prima fatto uscire uno spot con Aimi insieme ad altre appartenenti (vere) dell&#8217;AKB48, eccola:</p>

<p>e poi dopo una settimana hanno fatto uscire il making of del tutto, rivelando appunto che la protagonista della pubblicità non esisteva in realtà, ma era il risultato della somma estetica delle altre cantanti che comparivano nel primo spot:</p>

<p>Oggi voglio presentarvi uno studio creativo molto particolare con cui abbiamo già collaborato in passato visto che Lega Nerd è particolarmente attenta alla pubblicità virale.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.theviralfactory.com/" >TVF</a> (conosciuta come <a href="http://www.theviralfactory.com/" >The Viral Factory</a>) fondata nel 2001 da Ed Robinson e Matt Smith, è una delle principali agenzie di marketing virale in tutto il mondo e fornisce servizi di  creatività, strategia, produzione, seeding e social media. </p>
<p>La loro prima esperienza nel marketing virale è stata la creazione di <em>Headrush</em>, un esperimento virale creato in-house che ha fatto guadagnare all’azienda la sua prima grande audience ancor prima della nascita di YouTube (500 milioni di visualizzazioni). </p>

<p>Una delle prime campagne commerciali vede promozionare una serie di video per il marchio americano <em>Trojan Condoms</em> e successivamente TVF produce oltre 160 campagne virali raggiungendo un numero stimato di oltre 1,5 miliardi di visualizzazioni per clienti come Samsung, Diesel, Skype, Ford, Axe, Activision.</p>

<p>Una delle sue ultimissime campagne ha raggiunto i 4,5 milioni di views in appena 3 settimane e molti di questi video hanno vinto riconoscimenti ambiti tra cui un D&#038;AD Yellow pencil, Epica Golds, diversi BTAA e una selezione di Leoni d’oro, argento e bronzo a Cannes.</p>

<p>Al momento del brainstorming di un nuovo progetto i creativi TVF hanno ben chiaro i criteri affinche’ un video spicchi il volo (go Viral!) e cioe’ si diffonda in rete con il massimo delle prestazioni (post su FB, blogs, Twitter) una volta lanciato.</p>
<p>Quando la Diesel celebro’ il suo trentesimo anniversario TVF montò delle immagini di cartoni animati attentamente sovrapposti a dei clip porno. </p>

<p><blockquote>La campagna nominata <strong>SFW XXX</strong> (Safe for work) e’ stata uno dei progetti piu’ impegnativi che ha affrontato lo studio</blockquote></p>
<p>Mi spiega Vincenzo: </p>
<p><blockquote>facile dal momento in cui il sesso (assieme ai gatti) e’ uno degli argomenti piu’ azzeccati quando si vuole una campagna di successo&#8230; e difficilie perche’ i problemi e i potenziali errori in questo caso specifico erano tanti</blockquote></p>
<p>Beh&#8230; il risultato? Solo su Break.com, la piattaforma dove il video e’ stato caricato inizialmente, il video ha raggiunto quasi 18 milioni di views senza contare gli innumervoli duplicati presenti su altri siti.</p>
<p>TVF non si distingue unicamente per le doti creative del suo staff ma gestisce anche uno dei migliori servizi di “Seeding” del marketing 2.0.</p>
<p>Il suo team, costituito da Claudio Branno e Vincenzo Castrogiovanni, e’ interamente Made in Italy e sono apparentemente gli unici “stranieri” in sede.</p>
<p>Vincenzo ci spiega che inizia finalmente a “costruire una buona reputazione professionale internazionale grazie a TVF” e aggiunge che “in Italia sarebbe stato tutto piu’ difficile&#8221; considerando i parametri lavorativi ai quali le “new entry” devono sottostare (troppo vecchio/giovane per lavorare, scarsa possibilità di crescita, limitazione nel prendere iniziative, ecc).</p>
<p>Il reparto seeding di TVF si differenzia rispetto alle compagnie concorrenti grazie all’approccio con cui la  diffusione dei contenuti pubblicitari viene fatta: in maniera capillare, ma al tempo stesso organica.</p>
<p>Si tratta di creare una conversazione sul marchio/prodotto, evitando di acquistare spazi tipo banner, ma invece invitando i blogger a scrivere un articolo sull’iniziativa in funzione delle potenzialita’ del fattore “sharing” che e’ tanto diffuso in rete e in particular modo nelle piattaforme di social networks.</p>
<p>Vincenzo e Claudio sono concordi nell’affermare che il seeding di una campagna sia imprescindibile affinche’ essa porti a casa dei buoni risultati infatti casi come quello di <a href="http://leganerd.com/2010/03/22/david-dopo-il-dentista/" >“David dopo la visita dal dentista”</a> sono più che rari e diventerebbe ancor più difficile ottenere risultati rilevanti promuovendo un video commerciale.</p>
<p>Un grazie a Vincenzo che ci ha gentilmente descritto il lavoro di TVF, studio con il quale continueremo a lavorare in futuro per essere sempre aggiornati sulle ultime campagne virali  in circolo sulla rete. </p>
<p>Credo sia importante per Lega Nerd, a prescindere dal loro aspetto commerciale o meno, comunicare l&#8217;esistenza di questi video che sono diventati, nel bene e nel male, parte integrante della internet culture odierna.</p>

<p>Per chi non lo sapesse nel mondo della grafica per tanti anni ci sono state due grandi &#8220;scuole di pensiero&#8221; quella che prediligeva i prodotti di Adobe (PS, ma soprattutto Illustrator prima e inDesign poi) e chi invece prediligeva Macromedia (Freehand, Pagemaker).</p>
<p>Da notare come ai tempi Flash ancora non influisse minimamente nella &#8220;guerra&#8221; tra i due giganti nei cuori dei grafici visto che la sua integrazione con Freehand o Illustrator non era certo considerata indispensabile. Flash lo usavano gli studentelli che facevano webdesign, i veri grafici facevano altro&#8230;</p>
<p>Ma tornando al punto quello che è poi successo è che Adobe si è comprata Macromedia. </p>
<p>Fu un fulmine a ciel sereno per il mondo della grafica. Arrivava in un momento topico della storia della computer grafica, quando il digital graphic design non era più un semplice aggettivo &#8220;digital&#8221; a un&#8217;arte che stagnava da tempo, ma bensì una sua nuova evoluzione: per la prima volta si parlava di grafica nuova, grafica che veniva dalla commistione tra web e carta, tra webdesigners e graphic designers.</p>
<p>Capirete che in questo clima software come Macromedia Flash e Macromedia Freehand andavano alla grandissima&#8230; tanto da permettere a Macromedia di rallentare moltissimo lo sviluppo e la sua attenzione da Freehand e Pagemaker.</p>
<p>Proprio in quel periodo mi ricordo che per la prima volta io, utilizzatore da sempre di prodotti Adobe e in particolare di Illustrator e inDesign, mi resi conto che nel mondo della grafica finalmente se mandavi via un file ai o pdf per la stampa non venivi preso per &#8220;uno di quelli che usa illustrator&#8221;..</p>
<p>Beh insomma come super regalo poco dopo salta fuori che Adobe si è comprata Macromedia!</p>
<p>Tutti i fanboy come me hanno esultato come dei maiali, a morte freehand! ahahaha ecc ecc.. vi lascio immaginare le dueliardate di discussioni e trollate sui forum di mezzo mondo.</p>
<p>E quanto ho goduto quando è successo! Illustrator e inDesign sono due programmi assolutamente superiori a Freehand e Pagemaker&#8230; ciononostante tutti i cazzo di service fino a quel momento si ostinavano a prendere solo file fh per la stampa.. unicamente perché il costo di licenza era inferiore e si era creata l&#8217;abitudine a rimanere su freehand.</p>
<p>Freehand aveva dei vantaggi che sono stati riportati tutti nelle successive versioni di Illustrator.</p>
<p>La &#8220;morte&#8221; di Freehand ha consentito a questa generazione di grafici di lavorare su una piattaforma unica e integrata: Adobe Creative Suite.</p>
<p>Niente cazzate, exporter e doppie licenze di programmi che fanno la stessa cosa. </p>
<p>Questo non toglie ovviamente che Adobe sia ora un monopolista del mercato e se da una parte ci sono dei grandi vantaggi, dall&#8217;altra ci sono tanti svantaggi.</p>
<p>La mancanza di concorrenza non ha certo favorito i prezzi delle suite che ricordiamo sono un piccolo investimento per uno studio grafico.. figuriamoci per un freelance o uno studente.</p>
<p>Non mi pare comunque che quando c&#8217;era ancora Macromedia i prezzi fossero più bassi di ora. E non mi risulta neanche che ci sia nessuno al di fuori dei fanboy a rimpiangere Freehand.</p>
<p>Per quanto mi riguarda: Freehand RIP! grazie di essere morto e di averci levato dai coglioni tanti flame, incomprensioni, errori e rotture di cazzo.</p>]]></content:encoded>

<p>Una persona non informata cosa deve capire dopo aver visto questo spot? che Mediaset Premium calcio, con 19 euro ti offre tutto e di più, mentre quei &#8220;ladri&#8221; di Sky ti chiedono 47 euro al mese e manco ti danno l&#8217;Europa League! fatti ladri eh?</p>
<p>Il tutto è retto in piedi da quell&#8217;iniziale &#8220;sai l&#8217;ho fatto per il calcio&#8221;, incentrando quindi la comparazione unicamente sui pacchetti calcio.. un trucchetto meschino che dimentica bellamente di indicare le due offerte nella loro interezza, concentrandosi unicamente su due particolarissimi contenuti, quelli calcistici appunto.</p>
<p>Nella realtà i due pacchetti, uno da 19€ e l&#8217;altro da 47€, non sono neanche lontanamente paragonabili: Sky infatti offre per quel prezzo anche centinaia di canali generalisti e specializzati che spaziano dall&#8217;informazione all&#8217;intrattenimento, dalle serie TV ai cartoni animati.</p>
<p>Di contro l&#8217;offerta del pacchetto di Mediaset Premium si limita a una manciata di canali oltre a quelli sportivi.</p>
<p>Se poi andiamo a confrontare anche solo le offerte calcistiche le due offerte non sono comunque comparabili in termini di qualità e offerta di approfondimenti: è vero che Sky non ha l&#8217;Europa League, ma i suoi programmi e diversi canali dedicati al calcio sono molto meglio di quelli di Mediaset.</p>
<p>Questa non è una pubblicità comparativa nella mia modesta opinione, è disinformazione bella e buona.</p>

Questo spot è già stato vietato dal Giurì della Pubblicità, ma continua a passare bellamente in televisione, probabilmente gli conviene rischiare la multa (o pagarla) e continuare questa farsa per un&#8217;altra settimana o due. (grazie a Lisantro per la segnalazione)</p>

The owner sees the terrifying sight of something that has gotten inside your home without your consent. To compound the brief moment of horror, it bears the slogan &#8220;Breaking into your apartment is easier than you think&#8221; next to the ADT logo.</blockquote></p>
<p>Grande idea! in pratica per pubblicizzare un sistema di sicurezza domestica questi della &#8220;ADT&#8221; hanno fatto una campagna di guerrilla marketing infilando sotto alla porta di vari appartamenti una pubblicità che, una volta passata la soglia, diventava una scatola.. facendo quindi pensare agli inquilini che qualcuno fosse entrato a loro insaputa.. grandi. </p>

<p>Nella storia dello sport Adidas ricopre un ruolo importante: ha aperto la strada a tanti grandissimi atleti in tutte le discipline, creando scarpe e abbigliamento dedicato sempre ad altissimo livello e supportando anche economicamente i più grandi talenti dello scorso secolo. Forse però pochi sanno come è nata questa azienda e soprattuto come ha fatto nascere per prima il marketing sportivo moderno.</p>
<p>Tutto cominciò in una piccola cittadina vicinio a Norimberga, in Germania: Herzogenaurach. Li un certo Adolf Dassler nel 1920 iniziò a pensare a scarpe dedicate non solo allo sport (che già era una novità), ma a scarpe create appositamente per ogni sport esistente.</p>
<p>Adolf pensava infatti, chi può dargli torto oggi, che ogni sport necessitasse di una scarpa veramente specifica ed iniziò a progettare nella sua piccola bottega un paio di scarpe dedicate all’atletica. Dassler era un atleta e partecipava o seguiva in prima persona gran parte dei grandi eventi europei di atletica dell’epoca: fu così che riuscì a mettere ai piedi degli atleti delle Olimpiadi di Amsterdam del 1928 le sue prime scarpe provviste di tacchetti.</p>
<p>Le scarpe di Adolf grazie ai tacchetti (spikes) offrivano una presa migliore e prestazioni superiori suscitando grande scalpore alla loro prima apparizione.</p>
<p>Lina Radke fu la prima atleta a vincere una medaglia d’oro con scarpe create da Adolf Dassler. Vinse gli 800 metri femminili segnando un nuovo record mondiale: Adolf era con lei a bordo pista, seguiva lei come tutti gli altri “suoi” atleti durante quelle Olimpiadi.</p>
<p>Insieme al fratello Rudolf, gran venditore, Adolf mise su negozio di articoli sportivi con un retro bottega in cui progettava le sue particolari scarpe. Era il 1924 e la Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik (La Fabbrica di Scarpe dei Fratelli Dassler) era nata.</p>
<p>Adolf continua ad innovare e comincia a produrre scarpe anche per altri sport: il suo sogno è creare una scarpa specifica per ogni atleta al mondo e nel 1931 crea le prime scarpe dedicate al tennis.</p>
<p>Continua imperterrito a seguire ogni atleta che può: è un lavoro infinito di ricerca reciproca, Adolf aiuta gli sportivi con strumenti migliori e loro aiutano Adolf con feedback e consigli su come migliorare le sue scarpe.</p>
<p>Nel 1936 durante le Olimpiadi di Berlino Jesse Owens calza scarpe Dassler: vince 4 medaglie d’oro e segna nuovi record mondiali in tutte le competizioni in cui partecipa.</p>
<p>E’ il primo vero trionfo delle scarpe Dassler.</p>
<p>Già nel 1937 le scarpe Dassler vantano 30 diversi modelli pensati per 11 diversi sport, è nata la scarpa sportiva moderna, pensata e realizzata per ogni specifico sport.</p>
<p>Le cose però cominciano ad andare male tra i due fratelli Dassler: Adolf e Rudolf oramai litigano su tutto, su come portare avanti l’azienda, su quali scarpe realizzare, su quali atleti seguire.. persino su quali mogli sposare. E’ la rottura.</p>
<p>Adolf decide di fondare una propria azienda e Rudolf fa altrettanto dall’altra parte del fiume. Adolf, Adi per gli amici, fonda nel 1948 la Adidas (da Adi-Dassler) e Rudolf fonda un’altra fabbrica di scarpe che chiama Puma.</p>
<p>Adolf si dedica completamente alla sua nuova creatura e si concentra in particolar modo alle scarpe da calcio. Nascono nel 1950 le mitiche Adidas Samba, pensate per l’allenamento quotidiano del calciatore, ancora oggi considerate un classico del genere.</p>
<p>Nel 1954 le scarpe Adidas sono ai piedi della nazionale Tedesca allo stadio di Berna per la finale del Campionato del Mondo. C’é anche Adolf a Berna e a fine primo tempo scende negli spogliatoi e adatta le scarpe dei calciatori modificandone i tacchetti per meglio adattarle alle condizioni del terreno bagnato dalla pioggia: la Germania quell’anno vincerà il suo primo Campionato del Mondo contro l’Ungheria di Puskás e Adolf Dassler entra nella storia grazie alle sue “scarpe miracolose” con tacchetti intercambiabili.</p>
<p>La sponsorizzazione Adidas della nazionale tedesca di calcio nata nel 1954 ha un contratto valido fino al 2018, Adidas per prima inventa la sponsorizzazione sportiva: fa marketing grazie ai suoi atleti che al tempo stesso gli sono grati per l’equipaggiamento (prima) e il denaro (poi) che Adidas gli fornisce.</p>
<p>Viene usato un retronimo per Adidas: All Day I Dream About Sports.</p>
<p>Alle Olimpiadi del 1960 di Roma tre quarti degli atleti olimpici calzano scarpe Adidas. Si comincia a produrre anche abbigliamento sportivo che diventa in breve status symbol; i grandi atleti indossano Adidas: Jesse Owens, Muhammad Ali, Max Schmeling, Sepp Herberger, Dick Fosbury e Franz Beckenbauer tra gli altri.</p>
<p>Le famose tre strisce laterali delle scarpe Adidas furono create per mantenere la suola più stabile, ma divennero presto uno dei simboli più riconoscibili del brand Adidas: riprese nell’abbigliamento e ovunque fosse possibile, diedero in fretta riconoscibilità al marchio e contribuirono al successo dell’azienda.</p>
<p>Quando Bob Marley o i Run DMC indossavano scarpe e tute Adidas facevano molto di più che vestire sportivo: sponsorizzati da Adidas, comunicavano un messaggio forte di stile ai loro fans e vestire Adidas divenne di moda anche al di fuori del campo sportivo.</p>
<p>L’idea che un marchio sportivo potesse sponsorizzare gli atleti ottenendo l’esclusiva della loro immagine e un palcoscenico costante di visibilità era già stata geniale, ma spostare questa idea anche alla musica o in generale al lifestyle moderno fu la mossa di marketing che consentì ad Adidas di entrare nella storia e divenire una delle più grandi aziende del mondo.</p>
<p>Seconda solo a Nike, oggi Adidas è un gruppo in salute (ha da poco acquisito l’inglese Reebok) che può contare su una storia forte, su un heritage imbattibile.<br />
La voglia di vintage delle generazioni moderne non ha fatto altro che impreziosire i modelli storici Adidas, riproposti oggi nella loro versione originale per la gioia degli appassionati di tutto il mondo.</p>
<p>SuperStar, Campus, Samba: modelli che resistono nel catalogo Adidas da decenni e vengono riproposti in colori e fantasie sempre diverse. Non molte aziende di abbigliamento possono permettersi lo stesso: serve una storia, serve una forza di immagine che solo Adidas e pochi altri hanno.</p>
<p>Se la sfida dell’innovazione tecnologica iniziata da Adolf Dassler è forse oggi persa nei confronti di Nike, lo stile, la tradizione e la storia di Adidas, al di là del campo sportivo, non temono paragoni con nessun’altro marchio mondiale.</p>

<p><blockquote><strong>Blasphemous posters hit New Zealand</strong><br />
Advertising agency <a href="http://muckmouth.com/mitchellanddyer/index.html" >Muckmouth</a>, Auckland, New Zealand created a blasphemous campaign for <a href="http://www.eshebrand.com" >Eshe Streetwear</a>. The campaign includes four posters posted all over the streets of Auckland, branded skateboards and t-shirts.</p>
<p>Advertising is known to break taboos since before the scandalous Benetton campaigns breaking down the taboos of race, sex and politics. This campaign is now taking a stab at religion and picking on widely publicised scandals around it, such as pedophilia in the Catholic church and tele-evangelists making fortunes by commercialising religion. According to Wikipedia church attendance in New Zealand is around 15% and it must be even lower among the young population. So, it&#8217;s safe to say the campaign will not be opposed by too many down under.</blockquote></p>
